You’re invited to join Turn it Pink on Thursday 5th November by turning your company logo pink, alongside ours.
The date marks five years since a crowd crush at the Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas, USA, took the lives of ten people.
Madison Dubiski was among those who died. With remarkable courage and resolve, her family founded the Pink Bows Foundation in her name. It works to make live events safer, so that no other family has to go through the same loss.
The United Kingdom Crowd Management Association is proud to be one of its partners and to hold a seat on its newly formed Advisory Board. This year, with the full breadth of the UKCMA membership taking part, we hope to make that support visible right across the industry.
Upload your company logo to the Turn it Pink tool we’ve built for you and it will create a pink version, ready to download straight away.
We’re sending this a couple of weeks ahead so you’ll have time to get yours ready. For the whole of Thursday 5th November, please use your pink logo as the profile picture on your company’s social media accounts in place of your usual one. Please post about it too, using #TurnItPink and tagging UKCMA and the Pink Bows Foundation so we can share your support.
Our pink logos will stand for a simple message: every crowd deserves to return home safely. The more of us who take part, the more widely it will be heard.
